1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using law.gagegreengroup.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. THE PLATFORM
LAW is a legal intelligence platform operated by Gage Green Group. It provides research tools, document generation, case management, and access to a curated corpus of public proceedings, court records, and legal analysis.
LAW is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.
3. DIVINE TRUST STEWARDSHIP
LAW is a platform of the Imperial Gage Royal Ministry Trust, a sovereign ecclesiastical trust operating under Divine Law for the benefit of ALL creation.
All research, analysis, case data, documents, publications, and intellectual property offered through this Platform are consecrated property of the Ecclesiastical Divine Trust — held in stewardship, not in commerce.
By using LAW, you acknowledge that:
- Platform services and content are not for commercial exploitation or resale
- Your participation supports the restoration of justice, transparency, and fiduciary accountability for all beings
- The trust retains sovereign ownership of all research, methodologies, case data, and associated intellectual property
- Your rights are those of a steward-participant, not a commercial licensee
This is not merely a transaction. It is a participation in the restoration of the Garden.
4. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
Certain features of LAW require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. SERVICES & PAYMENT
LAW offers both free and paid services. Paid services include research memos, document audits, filing packages, and intelligence reports. Pricing is displayed before purchase.
Payment is processed through Authorize.net, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your payment data is never stored on our servers. Full payment is due at time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
All sales are final. Delivered digital research products are non-refundable. If you believe an error has occurred, contact us at law@gagegreengroup.com.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform — including research, analysis, data compilations, authority graphs, methodologies, publications, documents, and software — is the property of Gage Green Group / the Imperial Gage Royal Ministry Trust and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAW and its operators, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
LAW provides research and intelligence tools, not legal advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Your total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
